.ioc runs correct in local folder. But when running from SVN folder, i got "V8.32project generation have a problem"

what tool, what version, what OS? .ioc files are ASCII text, make a diff or use a good editor to inspect&compare line endings, use of tabs and other difficulties.

Random characters in the path? Spaces, hieroglyphics?

Similar, guessing you're using IAR, but "report" a bit sparse on actionable detail.
