arm-none-eabi-gdb.exe has stopped working

Greetings.
I am getting the 'arm-none-eabi-gdb.exe has stopped working' error when trying to debug my project on a Nucleo-F401RE board with STM32CubeIDE 1.5.1 on Windows 10.
The problem seems to occur when I enable the I2C3 event and error interrupts in the NVIC settings of the configuration page. If I disable the interrupts, I can debug without any problem.
Attached is the project folder and the gdb log file.
