Problem of writing to opposite registers at the same time.

When I write 1 at the position of EXTI0 (6) in the ISER of the NVIC, the value is written to both ISER0 and ICER0. What is the problem ? related to stm32f103c6t6.Screenshot (1090).png

Ok, but is it actually a problem? Does the ISR work as expected?

This is a peripheral, it's not "memory"
