You're the second person this week asking about this.

Give the full part number and link to the data sheet or manual. 

You should be able to connect up power and an UART connection. 

Perhaps use a USB to CMOS Serial adapter and communicate with it from a PC Terminal application until you're comfortable with how the interaction with the module is expected to behave.
