Is it really hard to add live variable editing function to CubeIDE?

It is 2020 and i really CAN NOT believe a debugging tools would not support live variables editing and so many bugs on its live expression function. Look at TI's CCS, Renesas CS+ and so many IDEs like keil and IAR which are deleveloped in last century can achieve it. What a big fxxking supprise for me.
