I have STM32F407 and RJ45 connector. Can anybody tell me which stm32 pin to connect which RJ45 pin, so that i can go ahead with the web server over Ethernet project,RJ45 connector has 8 pins

right. need interface chip. i would take a cheap module, like this:

to connect : gnd, vdd , and these 9 pins:

which board ? selfmade STM32F407 ?

STM32F407 chip has RMII interface, not rj45.

so with RMII, how would I access the server over my router which has 8 pin RJ45 sockets

Am I supposed to use third party interface chip

So you made a board, but didn't put an Ethernet PHY and connector on it. Why?

Did not had enough knowledge to do so.

now i am making upgraded one.

In my world at least the basic research comes first and designing of a hardware after that. I guess it requires a doctor's degree to take a look at ST's and other boards, which have an Ethernet and other features one requires. Most likely you haven't found the AN4488 either...
