I've tried to uninstal it from Windows7 standard "programs and components". It's said that the "Program has already been uninstalled, remove from the list". But nothing actually has changed. Now I can't reinstall the IDE cause the installer argues that it is already installed.

​We've seen such issue over some systems running anti-virus which may prevent uninstall.exe from installing. Here is a workaround:
- Delete CubeIDE installation folder manually (default: C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.0.0)
- Run "regedit" to delete this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\STMicroelectronics\STM32CubeIDE\1.0.0
- Mark as New

Ok. Is there a specific uninstall policy and/or tool for the case of GNU/Linux o.s. such Ubuntu?
