I know that in this simple way you fixed the incorrect operation of the Cube in a separate window, but please do so that the cube can be launched in one window, and the code can be viewed in another, it's convenient)

STM32Cube developers team just forbidden to pull the window to another monitor. This is the decision of real specialists, what can I say here. Now I'm afraid to make bug reports, otherwise the whole IDE will be deleted))))
