Content assist doesn't work with ctrl+space

My content assist does'nt work when I press ctrl+space but it's work when go to menu edit/content assist.

Which parameter should I look ?

I tried already In Preferences -> C/C++ -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Advanced

I checked the following boxes:

but it's does'nt work

ok i found, I use microsoft power toys and it's use ctrl+space as shortcut too. when i inactive power toys the content assist of stm32cubeide work

First let me thank you for posting.

Try to rebuild the indexer which responsible for the content assist feature.

To do that right click on any project, go to indexer and click on rebuild as the screenshot shows.
