Can't download STM32CubeIDE from website

I've tried this evening to download STM32CubeIDE on 2 different accounts, 2 different computers, a phone, and have reset my computer and also deleted my cookies but still will not download. Nothing happens after I accept the terms and conditions. I have also tried to download as a guest the link from the email still just takes me to the download page but it won't download.

I am having the same issue today. Trying all morning to download cube ide and cube mx. Neither seems to be working at all. (Trying from the East Coast US if that is relevant.)

Same issue today... Agree to EULA, but download never starts...
