Add some files in predefined location in Distribution Package

Hii,

I want to add some files in the home/root/ folder and some services which have executable permission  in /etc/systemd/system 

I have built the distribution package and i want to add these files in the image so when I flash my device it have these files in predefined locations.

Is there any way after the image is generated or during the build process?
