We have a few questions regarding LPDDR4 memory configurations, and we would appreciate your inputs:
What is the maximum capacity of an LPDDR4 memory module with a dual-channel, single-rank (1-Die) configuration, where each channel is 16 bits?
Does LPDDR4 support a single-channel, dual-rank configuration, and if so, what is the maximum capacity for such a setup?
For context, we are considering using dual-channel, single-rank (1-Die) modules with 1G x 32 devices, and I would like to confirm the total capacity possible with this configuration.
