Error while dunfell to kirkstone update systemd_create_users SYSLOG_SU_ENAB (notify administrator)

I am trying to update dunfell to kirkstone on stm32mp157f-dk2. I am observing below issue in systemd_create_users

Configuration error - unknown item 'SYSLOG_SU_ENAB'  (notify administrator)

  -s, --shell SHELL             login shell of the new account
  -u, --uid UID                 user ID of the new account
  -U, --user-group              create a group with the same name as the user
