And currently using the STM32MP157F-DK2 demonstration board using Open ST Linux (Kirkstone).
And have an issue with the audio codec CS42L51 in that on startup the codec operates as expected, once any playback occurs, 4 seconds after playback stops there is excessive noise on the headphone output.
Switching the playback volume to 0, or disabling the mixer has no effect.
The only way to stop the noise is to unbind and rebind the codec to the I2C port, I believe this will reinitialise the codec.
Reading online this is most likely a DAPM issue, but looking at the DTS and Kernel drive in that latest version of Open ST Linux there are no significant changes.
Is this a known issue?
