what is the max soldering temperature for STM32-WB55RG?

The max soldering temperature dependent for package.

So, if you have WLCSP package, you can refer to TN1163 and precisely PCB assembly guidelines section.

For all other package, you can refer to AN2639 table 3 and to the standard soldering JEDEC J-STD-020.
