If I realize it is true, is it needed to solder SB12 in NUCLEO-WBA52CG board for using SWO as ITM_SendChar in printf debug?
Thank you for helping!

Hello @Arielu and welcome to the ST Community.
The SB12 need to be soldered if you are going to use GPIO32 (Pin 10 of the CN4) as SWO.

And for using via embedded ST-LINK in the board, is it still required?
I ask because the ITM printf isn't working and after checking CAD resources for it.

If you are using the on board ST-LINK, you don’t need to solder the SB12.

I have used STM32Cube with other boards and it's working well when this board does not, what is the possible reason for it?

It's same question, sure.
I think it isn't working beacuse the SB12 that isn't soldered...
As I have seen in CAD files, pin 10 in CN4 connected without SB12:
