Hi,

What version of TouchGFX are you using ? Could you share your logfile ? You can find it under %appdata%/Roaming/TouchGFX-4.18.0 .

Try to close TouchGFX, open an internet browser (try Edge if you have) and open TouchGFX Designer again.

i am using 4.18.0

how do i tryed to close it and run it again too much and still face the same problem

Did you open the browser Microsoft Edge before opening TouchGFX Designer again ?

Could you share the logfile to check what could be the issue and what is the error message ?

Maybe try to go change the locale to english ? go to 'Control Panel->Clock,Language,and Region->Region->Format' to English(America).
