Cannot get 4.15 graph Labels visible?

I'm trying out the graph, but cannot get the labels visible? What am I missing?

I just enabled Major X label, but there is nothing that I can see in Designer or flashed target.

Graph line has plenty of room around it.

Solved my own problem !

Graph margins must be adjusted from default values to accommodate room for the Lables!
