How to set the JTAG password lock for SPC584B?

I have successfully established a connection between SPC584B and UDE STK2 as shown below:

Mo 07.10.2024 14:58:50.425, Success, Core2, UDEDebugServer, Connection to SPC584B70 target established: PowerPC Target, JTAG-ID: [32bit JTAG ID]

In the UDE STK menu, under Config -> Target interface... -> xPC56x/xPC57 Options, when I changed the 256-bit password for Censorship unlocking from the default value to all 0xFF, I was still able to connect via JTAG.

Therefore, I believe that the JTAG password lock is not activated.

According to the RM0449 Reference Manual, it seems that I need to set the DBL bit of LOCK3_PGn to 1 to enable the JTAG password lock.

However, I do not know the address of LOCK3_PGn. Also, how can I modify the DBL bit of LOCK3_PGn?
