Will STM32H743BIT6 support only OTG_HS mode?
Will it support normal USB operations by disabling OTG option? If yes which pin will control that functionality?

This this what the reference manual is telling / chapter 57 USB on-the-go high-speed (OTG_HS):

Hello @Meghna and welcome to the ST community,
The question is not clear.
STM32H743 supports USB High speed and Full speed:
What do you mean by normal USB operations? USB 2.0 or what?

Considering USB 2.0 HS & FS operations are different from USB 2.0 HS & FS OTG operations, Correct me if I am wrong

It shows that STM32H743BIT6 supports only FS operations, why?

You need to provide the document from which you captured that screenshot.

Any update on this?

As I said previously STM32H743 has both High speed and Full speed USB OTG interfaces. You need to refer to the datasheet of the product. There is may be a typo in the AN4879.

Hello,
That was not a typo. H743 and H750 have the same USB configuration.
USB_OTG_HS is listed as supported interface on the STM32H743 product.
