STM32L151CBU6A is based on an improved die compared to the STM32L151CBU6, the differences can be found in both datasheets already on page 1: 32KB SRAM instead of 16KB, slightly better power consumption (except for standby + RTC), etc.
Please note, however, that both are on status NRND and have a finite long-term availability.
