1. Far-field EMI, as shown in the figure below

2. MCU Near-field FFT, as shown in the figure below(EVM also has this situation)

3. External power connection, as shown in the figure below

4. Use a scope carbon rod and use a ground spring. It is measured that all output signals of the Gate driver have a main frequency of 60Mhz.

5. After I removed the R53, I found that the MCU near-field FFT 60Mhz disappeared immediately​.

6. Check whether the Buck reg is closed

7. ​How can I double confirm that the Buck reg has indeed been closed?

Forgot to explain the state of the test object, all are in the standby state, and no external devices are connected
