I want to connect STM32F767ZI Nucleo board using ethernet cable having PoE enable? Let me know if it can for long distance communication via ethernet? Thank you

Three question marks, but no actual question...
None of these boards have integrated PoE features, therefore everything must be done with external PoE devices. Are you asking about PSE or PD? Injector, extractor, switch? Standard or passive PoE? And what about Ethernet - are you asking whether it works? Don't you think the whole world using it is a good enough proof that it works? How can we know what you mean by long distance? Ethernet is designed to work up to at least a specific cable length. Google tells that number in seconds...
