STM32F405 About recovery from standby mode. Is there any way to recover from standby mode with UART reception?

Is it possible to wake up by connecting the UART pins in PWR_EnterSTOPMode to the pins used for wake up?

So are you asking about Standby or Stop mode? And the wake-up pins can wake up the MCU from any mode.

In STM32L products can be found LPUART which can wakeup from low power mode without losing the first incoming byte.
