STM32Cube improve config parameter UI

Having to enable the description of the config parameters at the bottom of the window is non-sense.  there is plenty of room to add these in columns without taking any more space and will make it easier to browse for a specific parameter.

speaking of which, where is this parameter configured? configUSE_STATS_FORMATTING_FUNCTIONS

it is not getting set along with configUSE_TRACE_FACILITY as one would have somewhat expected.

    Dear user,

    configUSE_STATS_FORMATTING_FUNCTIONS is not configurable via MX UI and is found in the FreeRTOS.h file. This file is only copied from the STM32Cube firmware package and not generated by CubeMX.

    MX UI allows to configure the parameters found in the file freeRTOSConfig.h only.

    You can use the user section at the end of this file to define configUSE_STATS_FORMATTING_FUNCTIONS for your own needs so that is is not lost at the next project generation.
