My STM3210B-EVAL has a Philips (now NXP) LM75A I2C temperature sensor installed instead of the STLM75, which explains why I was getting 2 bonus bits of precision (11 bit instead of 9 bit) in the temperature readings. This gives me 0.125 degree C resoultion instead of 0.5 degree C resolution, which sounds good except that both parts only guarantee +/-2.0 degrees accuracy in the -25C to +100C temperature range.
The board is marked ''STM3210X-128K-EVAL''. Perhaps it's an earlier revision. Thanks, Dale Wheat- Mark as New

Hi Dale,
You are right, I have also the same on my board. It seems that The evaluation board manual contains an early revA PCB board. STOne-32
