Open-Source tools for non-regression test (stm32)

Hi Everyone,

We would like to create a non-regression environment for our software (targetted at a stm3220G-eval eval board - stm32f2 cpu). The software involves a ethernet stack (lwip).

Are there any open-source tools available to test software?

Are they based on emulation (qemu?) or actual target (openocd?)?
