I2C Interface does not work with FSMC clock running

    We have I2C1 connected to two slave devices. We can interface with both devices when the FSMC clock is not running. When we turn on the FSMC clock the I2C1 interface does not work. It looks like clock and data lines are always high.

    The simple test application is running out of RAM and the only GPIO pins that are enable are the clock and data lines for I2C1 and I2C2.

    Does anyone have a idea what the problem is?
