Huh? I don't understand the question. Does your PC have a USB port? Do you have a proper USB cable? If so - just use it.

Hello @Job,

Sure, just use a compatible USB driver for the NUCLEO-L476RG and install STM32CubeProgrammer or STM32CubeIDE to program the board and you're ready to go!
