How to create custom external loader for STM32H750

Hi ,

I am using STM32H750 with Nor flash W25Q64 to develop a application, Now I need external loader for W25Q64, But I don't find any example or tutorial that can help me create external loader for H750, So Does anyone can help? thanks.
