HAL_GetUID

When compiling using the HAL library STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.16.0  I am getting an error that UID_BASE is not defined.

Can someone point me out if I am missing a header file or declaration?

UID_BASE

 is defined in stm32f4..xb.h.
