External Power supply for STEVAL-STWINKT1B

I wanted to know if there was any external power supply available to power the STEVAL-STWINKT1B board instead of giving it power through the laptop or the provided battery pack. I wanted to implement it in an industrial setup and keep it on for the entire week without the need to change batteries,

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Andrew Neil Thanks a lot for your quick reply. Yes i am aware about the Voltage rating through USB but i was not able to find the current ratings for the adapter, Is it 2amps even for usb power?

If that was your question, why didn't you say so?

It's USB - so it will have to abide by standard USB limits.

Note that the 2A is the limit in the external power supply - not the amount that the board will draw!

If you're not using the battery, you won't have to worry about charging currents!
