Design guied lines for signal integrity

Hi 

Can i get the STM32L4R9ZIT6 Component Data .Pcb Design and Layout guide for signal integrity.

I need simulation validation standards for the above component.

Hello @Raneel,

for this purpose you can download an IBIS model, e. g. here. You should take a look into the Getting started with HW guide for L4+, you can find it here.

Unfortunately signal integrity recommendations are still not part of all these guides now, but we are working on it! In the meantime, you can follow the recommendations for e. g. H7, you can find it here, in chapter 9. Even though it is a different series, PCB stack-up and routing recommendations remain the same.
