Can I get the failure rate (FITS) or MTBF (hours) for STM32U575ZIT6 & STM32L4S5ZIT6

Hi All,

As was answered in the direct support case, the FIT data for the STM32L4S5ZIT6 can be sent through our support system as the customer desires. The STM32U series does not yet have a FIT report as it is too new to the family.
