ALL HI�?

I am currently using the RTC function of STM32F103, the external passive 32.768KHz crystal and 20p matching capacitor.The RTC function is configured on the software program, and the RTC has been started. But I can't see 32.768KHz waveform when I use oscilloscope to measure the output pin of external crystal. Please confirm the reason. Or provide specific measurement methods or pictures. Thank you.

Probing the pins directly interferes with the loading, on the F1 doesn't the RTC have the ability to output via the TAMPER pin? Check the Data Sheet and Reference Manual

The clock does not start automatically. You should look for PWR or RTC examples provided by CubeF1 packages
