use of B-G431B-ESC1 to implement my own algorithm

I have read about using these boards in conjunction with firmwares configured in Xcube-MC.
However, is it possible to implement these field control strategies or similar in proprietary code?

Of course it is.

The board neither knows nor cares how your code is generated.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
