Hi ST Team,

I am currently using STM32H563ZIT6 and STM32H755ZIT6 in my project. We are now preparing to move from prototype to mass production, with an estimated requirement of ~10,000,000 units per year.

As we transition into production, I am facing some issues and have a few important questions:


1. Industrial-grade reliability & support

Are STM32 devices supported at an industrial-grade level similar to NXP or TI?
Since we are planning large-volume production, I would like to understand:

  • What type of technical support can ST provide during production ramp-up?

  • Is it possible to get a dedicated technical contact or mentor for guidance?


2. Location

I am based in Coimbatore, India.
Please let me know the support timeline and whether any local ST representatives or FAEs can assist.


3. Current issues

For reference, here are my recent queries on the ST Community, which are still unresolved:

  1. STM32H755 end-of-frame detection failing with EventFlags:

Since we are planning a very large production volume, I request urgent support to ensure our design and development are fully correct before scaling.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
