Dear @NRedd.3 ,
Commonly we have no HW product certified for SIL but we provide certified FW libraries performing self-test of generic parts of the microcontroller together with wide set of documentation helping to setup correct process at STM side. Today most of the common STM32 products are supported by this FW packages. Please visit
https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/x-cube-stl.html
for more details. From this point of view, you are not limited to concrete product. Then you can visit
Microcontrollers (MCU) and Microprocessors (MPU) - STMicroelectronics
and choose one of the Arm Cortex MCU ranges suitable for you, run product selector and apply filters on the pages there to find a proper product for you.
I suggest you focusing brand-new low-cost mainstream member - STM32C0 subfamily replacing previous 8-bit devices.
