New portable ST-Link ISOL programmer with UART and USB Hub

We have built a ST-Link/V2 programmer that includes a UART chip and a USB hub because we had to carry a USB hub and a UART cable every time we went to debug our software in the factory or at customer's site. We trust that there are other engineers interested in this board.
