I was surprised the STLink-V3Set case base cannot be used when the MB1440B exxpansion board is installed. This leaves the product more open to damage than is ideal. Would it be possible to get CAD files and/or dimensinoed drwaings for the base plate part, such that we could create and 3D print a suitable replacement base or intermediary shim. I'd opensource the resultant model I create so others could benefit.

I didn't get hold of any CAD data, but managed to design a part which works for me. Nothing fancy. It's reversible like the middle shim which ST provide. Free to download on Thingiverse : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3840357

I concur, and asked ST if I could get / buy another spacer - not available.
So I made a crude one, but it works.
I think ST should put 2 in the kit. I mean how expensive would That be?
So, I'm not alone calling this "less than good". <<<)))

I agree. I need two of these.
