Where to find STMicroelectronics product Material Declaration?

ST devices will have a MD (Material Declaration) which contains the Material Composition, Reach, RoHS, ELV California 65 and POP declarations and can be found in the ST Product Catalog under the "Quality & Reliability" tab for a given device.
The MD references an internal ST part number shown as the "Mfr Item Name". Sometimes, multiple "Mfr Item Name" exist for an ST orderable device due to the manufacturing location and process, e.g. materials used, lead finish, etc. Please be assured, in cases where there are multiple "Mfr Item Names", all devices perform according to data sheet specifications, regardless of the manufacturing location, process and materials used.
If the part number on your shipping invoice is different from the "Mfr Item Name" referenced in the MD, feel free to request a MD via the Online Support form, https://my.st.com/ols. The ticket category must be filled as: Environment, Health & Safety.
