Are there any power management ICs available for STM32N657X0?

Welcome @Niveditha_P, to the community!
A dedicated power management IC (PMIC) is typically required for CPUs that work with multiple voltages, whose order at power-on and sometimes power-off is important and which they cannot manage or control themselves.
This is not necessary with the STM32N657X0, as can be seen from the example of the NUCLEO-N657X0-Q (see schematic, page Power).
Hope that helps?

/Peter

Hello @Niveditha_P
In addition to the indications from @Peter BENSCH , I can also suggest the documents below:

I hope it will help you.
