Motor startup problem

I use FOC+Hall method and I have a problem with startup.

When I start the motor, the motor has startup vibration.

I try to adjust speed/IQ/ID Kp, Ki to make the startup stably.

But it still has startup vibration.

any suggestion for this kind of problem?
