I want use L6201PS.It has a heat pad under the chip. Should I connect the Heat pad to the GND? Or just leave it ?

The slug (heat pad) is internally connected to the pins 1,10,11 and 20 (GND pins).

You can solder the slug on the PCB to improve power dissipation maximizing the ground layer.
