Can stm32 control the VNQ5160?

Hi. I have some questions.

I want to use stm32 to control vnq5160 with 12Vdc system.

My friend designed the circuit with stm32 and vnq5160 and artwork too.

after soldering, this board works well.

And another person artwork with same circuit, and I soldered, but this board doesn't work.

The output is always on High(12Vdc). If I remove the resistor of STAT_DIS, the output is always LOW(0Vdc).

The difference between first one and my one is size of chip resistor, and the resistor value connect to gnd pin.

First one use zero ohm, and I use too, but doesn't work.

I've changed the resistor value but doesn't work.
