The Qi certification is for the end application and not the IC. The Qi certification mainly consists of compliance tests and interoperability tests. The cost of Qi certification is around 22k USD for compliance plus 25k USD for interoperability(IOP). If you repeat the IOP it’s another 25k. The costs might change with time, and this is just a rough figure based on experience.
