IAR function profile

Has anyone used function profiling with IAR 9.30.1? Is there a size limitation for function profiling? I am using STM32H573X variant

I tried reaching out to IAR earlier but there was no response, Hence I thought reaching out to different communities and see if anyone has an answer.
