Welcome @Charleslyu, to the community!
Only the last three digits of the line are relevant and show the date code WWY, where WW is the calender week and Y is the last digit of the year of manufacture. The other nine characters in front of it are internal markings.
Hope that helps?
Regards
/Peter

FDA802A-VY is the PN, with a additional Y for tray or a T for T&R appended.
