In MOSFET STD4NK80ZT4 at 60deg amb temp and at 250V DC, the MOSFET drain temp. is showing 126 deg.

Whether there is any reliability issue for the MOSFET with this continuous operating condition.
Is there any risk factor involved with this continuous operating condition
Is there any mechanism( like Layout change) for reducing the drain temperature
