Voltage and Temperature tend to play a role.
Are you looking for suggestions about checking integrity, using ECC or deep-cycle erasing?
What kind of data are you trying to store/protect?

I have two copies of a snes cartridge both use the NOR flash memory STM29W640FT and in that memory the firmware of the cartridge is recorded a copy is saved and I do not use it regularly but if the firmware is erased the cartridge does not work and I want to keep the file always saved in this NOR flash memory
will the files be silently deleted in the future?

The flash memory should retain content over many years, if you're losing data something else is likely wrong.
With these type of NOR memories the array could be deep-cycled via Erase, Write All Zeros, Erase, Write New Content

I am not losing data and they are recorded in the NOR flash memory M29W640FT 70N6 i doubt How many years does this memory retain data at a temperature of 34ºC?
